How should payments be scheduled?
It will cost ~$90k to replace our multi-unit condo roof which is about 6000 sqf. It will have a full tapering system across the entire roof. We are keen to having the manufacturer inspect the tapering installation too and sign off on it. We know there is an added cost for this which we will be paying.
Given the cost of the project, how should payments be scheduled? Also, should this be made clear in the bid before we sign it so everyone is clear? From the many bids received, none mentioned how payment will be structured which I find surprising.
