Bug Description: Ran 10 legendary crests around 1:12pm et on Apr 29th and didn’t receive any gems
Reproduction Steps:
- selected new gem banner and selected BSJ as the boosted drop gem, but not the 2 stars
- ran in a party of 4, killed rift boss but there was no gem chest and no gems dropped
- I believe the other members also had the same issue
- was hoping it’ll get delivered via mail but nothing so far
- crest history shows last crest drop was on April 27th.
- The surge event counter did increase by 160 though, it’s at 260 now. (100 log in + 160 for the 10 orange crests)
