I’m at my mom’s for Mother’s Day and I really just want a tbsp or 2 of cream in my coffee. Is that going to be a big deal as long as I don’t go over my daily fat, carb and calories? I’m allowed food for my liver shrinking diet

I have my RNY surgery date! May 19th! Anyone with the same date? Starting the liver shrinking tomorrow. My program allows solid foods, just low calorie, low fat and low carb. Nervous about all of it!
