Have got a quierie

Am applying for an investment loan to build have got the land already on loan though

I've been knocked back by Macquarie as my building contract has the wording payment to be made on substantial completion, and they dislike this

What do I do :( I'm new to all this my broker isn't to much help

Have got my mother here in Australia father has passed on

I've got two siblings 1 in fiji and 1 in America

Am I able to continually get my mother 12 month visas to stay 6 months at a time ?

Or Is there a limit

She's 65 and I cannot afford the permanent residency application etc
