26 [M4F] a friend for life

Hi! I'm looking for something (or someone) who wants to be my friend. My definition of friend is someone who I can share my life with, tell my stupid jokes, laugh about random things, deep conversations, conversations that touch the soul, or lighthearted ones. ^^

**Previous attempts:** bumble, tried it for three months with no luck. although I did get a few swipes in... but I'd rather not go through the whole process again it's honestly so exhausting and takes too much of my energy. So I've concluded that dating apps isn't for me...

**My experience:** I choose not to date anyone sa work for personal reasons, I believe in the saying don't shit where you eat. But at the same time I value my alone time too much to go out there and struggle to meet new people outside of work.

**About me:**

I've always been the weird annoying kid growing up who's friends with troublemakers, or geeks, but here's some details about me

Height: 5'9

Location: Qc

Skin color: Brighter side haha

Job: Night shift

Vices: vape, but trying to quit.

Hobbies: soduko, self-help books, writing, mobile games, bike, sometimes i work out.

Tattoo: covered my left arm

Earrings: both ears

Appearance: on the skinny side, but honestly trying to gain weight pero ang hirap. taas ng metabolism ko

My personality: introvert most of the time, but extrovert once makuha ko yung comfort ng tao. sometimes i like peace and quiet, other times makulit ako. I'm also understanding, sweet, and I enjoy listening to people. In my free time I like watching sci-fi related things, science-ish stuff, documentaries, history about medieval times

Curious lang, what makes one "lapitin ng aklabs"?

I'm not against it or anything, not a homophobe. Genuinely curious lang ako.

edit(for context) got approached by 2 pairs of rainbow. My friend left so I was alone drinking, tas bigla silang sumulpot, nag-greet tsaka shake hands then made chika. Told him I was straight in a polite manner, na I don't swing that way pero pagtropa okay lang kasi wasn't expecting that tbh HAHAHA. Curious lang why that happened kasi di naman ako napopogian sa itsura ko. Na-weirdan lang ig

I'm 25 and almost 3 years na akong single. Past traumas, battling anxiety and na-build up yung standards ko when looking for a partner is the reason why. And nagma-matter sakin yung personality if magclick. Sa loob ng 3 years na yon, na-realize ko na 9 girls(workmates who I got along with or may crush 'daw' sakin) could have been my girlfriend. I'm only realizing this now because I'm denser than a neutron star and ofc insecurity, I really don't think a girl would ever like me based on looks so I tend to push people away.

STUPID question, but my question to some guys out there is, is it really that simple to approach a girl you find interesting? Does it really work? Yung direct approach na, just come up to a girl and talk to her?

For example, sa job interviews. An applicant can fake their confidence through the onboarding process and land the job based on lies. Not sure if this is stupid or pure genius but I find it funny, and it actually works.
