Hi,

There is this girl who is a work collegue.. I had a crush on her and tried multiple times to get in touch with her but everytime it was a sign of no interest.

I understood and want to move on. But it is stuck in my head everytime I see her. It is ruining my day despite I find it rediculous considering I have not opened up to her at all but was clearly interested in her.

Any advice to deal with this emotional drain?
