Just wanted to share that I was able to successfully cancel and get a refund for a flight on Booking.com within 5 days and after just 10 minutes of chat interaction. The refund was granted because the airline changed the flight time.

Was I just lucky, or do people generally not know exactly when a refund is allowed? I heard too many negativ stories.

P.S.: Of course, despite this positive experience, I will never book a flight through a third party again.
