New to running, decided to start a few weeks back and didn't want to drop ₹4-5k on shoes before i even knew if i'd stick with it.

picked up the Boldfit Ignitr for ₹1000 from Amazon. genuinely did not expect much.

just completed my first 5K in them today.

cushioning is decent, no weird rubbing or blisters, feels stable enough on the road. for someone just starting out i honestly can't complain. does everything it needs to do without emptying your wallet.

obviously not comparing it to Asics or New Balance. but if you're an Indian beginner who doesn't want to overspend before committing, this is probably the most sensible buy right now.

anyone else running on budget shoes? curious how long they hold up before things start falling apart.
