help reverting firmware
updated my hyperx cloud 3 s wireless headset to try and fix some bugs and now the mic monitoring sounds very low quality, lot of hiss and 'S' sounds getting picked up. the mic monitoring used to sound really good and full sounding, probably the best ive heard but now it sounds garbage. also it seems like there has been some noise suppression built into the mic now that cannot be turned off anywhere. nothing is on in ngenuity, i only installed ngenuity for the update. the mic quality overall fell off - mic quality is worse, mic monitoring quality is worse, mic volume is lower/harder to pick up faint sounds.
i tried uninstalling dts audio components+removing the software. ive uninstalled ngenuity but the "dts audio effects on hyperx relay headset" on audio enhancements still persists. ive uninstalled this stuff before and this setting would go away but now its permanently under audio enhancements
can someone or a hyperx team member lmk how to revert firmware or fix this? thanks
