Inverted Row Form Check
Title says everything I want to make sure my inverted row form is good. I can do pull-ups easiy Im actually doing rows for mid-back thickness and rhomboids so is my form good for that goal?

Title says everything, can someone please help me fix my pike push-up form because eventually I want to move to elevated pike push-ups, handstand push-ups, etc, but I want to make sure I have proper form.
