Can someone educate me?

I feel stupid not understanding this. And I’ve tried to figure it out looking online but I still get wrapped around the axle.

I purchase glp+ with a niacinamide and tirzepetide compound. Says “2%mg/12.5mg/ml”. I am taking 50 units in a syringe a week, per dr recommendation. I see lots of people talking about their dosage and I do understand that the dosage has several factors based on the compound.

So I guess what I’m asking is, with the strength of the mg i mentioned, what is is the scale most people are on and am I in the middle, near the end? How much more room do I have to go up?

I am losing weight at about 1.5/lbs per week. Hunger cues are pretty good but I’m not getting any signaling when I start eating that I am getting fuller faster. Basically, it’s easy to binge eat if I don’t catch myself. So, I’m curious if this is likely due to me being on a low dose and I have plenty of room to move up or if it’s a high dose, if I should look further into it.

Thank you for insight on the dosage.
