Meta ads not spending for iOS app installs advantage+ campaign

Hi folks, I am new to Meta ads and have recently set up a new advantage+ campaign for my iOS app. I started the campaign on 5th May with daily budget of $20(this was my daily spending limit). On 5th may, the campaign spent nothing, on 6th May campaign spent $7.5, on 7th May campaign spent nothing, on 8th May campaign spent $7.5, on 9th May campaign spent nothing, and on 10th May(today) so far nothing is spent.

On 9th May, I increased the budget to $30(as meta updated my daily spend limit to $30).

I am sharing my campaign setup and some metrics that could help you diagnose the issue with my campaign:

  1. US focused
  2. App installs focused
  3. Bid strategy: highest volume(no caps).
  4. Attribution: AEM
  5. Broad audience, no specific audience selected, full advantage+
  6. 1 ad-set
  7. Originally 3 video ads in the ad-set. Added 2 more ads, 1 more video and a carousel on 9th May as Chatgpt suggested to add more creatives.

Ad performance of the original ads(new ads have got no impressions till now):

  1. ad-1(13 second video): Spent $1.2, Hook rate 31%, Hold rate empty, Average play time 2 seconds, CTR (link click-through rate) empty, CTR (all) empty, Installs Nil

  2. ad-2(12 second video): Spent $0.7, Hook rate 33%, Hold rate 14.3%, Average play time 3 seconds, CTR (link click-through rate) empty, CTR (all) empty, Installs Nil

  3. ad-4(12 second video): Spent $13, Hook rate 34%, Hold rate 11.56%, Average Play time 3 seconds, CTR (link click-through rate) 1.78%, CTR (all) 2.22%, Installs 6

Overall App store install conversion rate is 16%.

Number wise I checked with Chatpgt, and it said these metrics look good. Chatgpt said ads might be bad, but since Meta hasn't spend enough, can't say if ads are actually bad.

Can you folks help me understand where am I getting it wrong. I have previously used google ads for ios campaigns with $50 budget, and it usually starts spending full from day 1 or max day 2, but in meta ads it's been 5 days with uneven spending patterns.
