15hr contract. Manager asked if i wanted to take a holiday next Friday. I do so I agreed. My rota has been changed to say "day off". It's my first time so thought it would have said holiday or annual leave. Also my total weekly hrs now shows as 10hrs instead of 15hrs. Does than mean I'm only getting paid for 10hrs so effectively its an unpaid holiday.

Sorry for the daft question. I've never worked anywhere that does holidays and rotas like this.
