Literally the worst company to work forever who will fuck you over as an employee. Kayleigh holder is their new little pet and will throw anyone under the bus to save herself and put her higher in the company because she literally has no backbone to stand up for her team or even lead a team. She is a brown noser kiss ass. Caity rogers is equally as dumb as a box of rocks and it is a mystery how she became a clinical lead. Cassie Damato is psychotic and looks septic. She is a fucking robot who is so far removed from direct client care and what it means to actually be a clinician. Jamie Engle it just conniving and will do anything leadership asks to stay in the game instead of actually being the director of HR and supporting the organization through maintaining staff. She will fire anyone alongside Cassie just because they’re fucking bored. They don’t like being challenged or questioned. They don’t even follow their own practices in their employee handbook. John McKay. what the fuck do you even do and what is your role? Because it looks like you’re just on camera saying PR bullshit all the time. Cyndi dodds. Ignores all problems and only presents the pink cloud effect to everyone. Doesn’t listen to any staff responses that they get in the surveys they send out.
