High ACH withdrawal without any bill on transaction on Verizon account
Today I saw a high amount $1000+ withdrawal processing from my account which I didn’t authorize nor there was any thing due in my account for the same. I called Verizon and they confirmed there is nothing due on my account and asked me to call my bank to cancel the ACH and it was 2nd case the customer service agent was dealing today. Either it is a glitch or someone has hacked into Verizon system. Sharing for awareness.
