Why are women more formal about money in friendships compared to guys?

I've noticed that girls are often formal about money in friendships. They keep track of expenses and expect you to repay them immediately, even for small amounts. Even if they are financially well-off, receive the same support as their brothers, and know that you would pay them back anyway.

I'm not saying it's wrong to expect your money back, but sometimes it can feel superficial or suggest a lack of trust in the friendship.

I also feel like I could never ask them for help the way boys do.

Like if she said or did something you didn’t like and you’re a bit distant at first, but then she comes to you, acts soft, maybe hugs you and tries to make things right. You don’t give in immediately and play a bit hard, but you lowkey love the attention.

Do guys actually enjoy that a little when she's trying to make up for that, or do you just see that as normal?

Men, be honest. Have you ever felt that your efforts should be appreciated with physical intimacy or sex in return? I don’t mean pressuring her, but rather that hidden expectation of I'm putting in efforts, so she should trust me. Being wanted in bed is kinda validating and masculine for men. Why do they feel bit dejected if she isn't fully ready yet and take it as a measure of her trust in him or her love for him?

It's anonymous so you can tell honestly.

Asking for a friend. My friend's partner didn't like it apparently because she did not tell him about the business trip. She thought of announcing it only when it's finalised and when she did, he was mad at her because she didn't tell him before about that as if he's nothing. She has apologised but he's still distant.

Saw a post regarding punjabi women being fetishized by people belonging to different cultures. I feel Punjabi men are fantasized a lot in media and by women. I'm a girl and have not seen any other culture men being fantasized like that. Do you feel the same?
