Major factors: High androgens lean pcos, moderate mfi. Low motility but decent count.

Trying for two years naturally and some ovulation induction, one miscarriage in 2024. Tubes are open, AMH 1.74 at 32 yrs old. I think I ovulate regularly but possibly prematurely due to the androgen levels. OPKs have never really worked for me so it feels like unmonitored is such a shot in the dark.

My partner is stressed over the cost difference between the two, but I don’t want to waste our chances by missing the window.

Any thoughts/experiences welcomed.

I’ve seen a lot of people on this thread talk about inito. My partner and I will be attempting our first IUI sometime in May and we chose to do unmonitored for at least the first 1-2 rounds. The major factor in our infertility seems to be his motility. I have “lean pcos” and ovulate kind of early usually between CD10-13.

Was inito exceptionally helpful for anyone doing unmonitored IUI? If so, did you schedule the IUI directly after the LH surge? Were you also able to take letrozole with the cycle? I’ve done a few OI with 2.5 mg in the past.
