anybody try to explain to someone close about AN and they actually don't GAF?

so my family came from vacation and i was feeling particularly philosophical and i tried to engage in conversation about anti-natalism

i tried my aunt she said she was tired and doesn't want to talk about it, how she already has kids so its to late, and said I'll get older get married and want kids, I'm a closed bi and I'm not very dominant so i don't even think a kid is possible

tried my little cousins and brother they were like " this is boring, this is not fun, i don't want to listen to this, this is crazy" without even engaging!!

whats more infuriating than arguing with natalists is when they don't even find the idea of engaging meaningfully while they could understand logically, they don't want to !!!

one of my cousins said they were too dumb to understand and they just want kids anyway

like bruh, pmo but anyway any expiernces you guys had like it?

it isn't just a question for anti-natalists or natalists, everybody is going to inevitably face the consequences of the fertility decline, economically and politically

we seem to be heading towards the end point of an upside down population triangle, it seems to look like a WIN in for us of course, less children less suffering

but it's because of natalists who just can't afford to have kids, which also impacts us who wish of adopting kids, its not primarily natalists not wanting kids

given the decline of jobs, decline of positive progression in school, and being the most politically divided (U.S.) and increasing retirement age everywhere

could we ever dream of public retirement, is that even a thing we dream of anymore, we have the health care to keep us senile for longer, but the system will break if fertility does not reverse

wouldnt this lead to our generation becoming senile, while not being supported by the smaller new populations, unlike most the boomers in this decade

what do you guys think
