Bought a Lenovo Legion 5 16" Intel Utra 9 275HX 32Gb RAm, 1TB SSD RTX 5060 with Win 11 Pro for my I&E/Automation business in the oil and gas field.

Had it for 1 month. Windows did an update and restarted, and its missing srttail.txt and doesn't boot. Lenovo pointed me in the direction to download the OS onto a USB drive from their website with the laptops serial number. The download is for Windows home and not Pro.

While windows home is OK for 90% of my work, I need the pro for the extra 10% which is a large part of my line of work. And I cant understand anything what Hajib is saying on tech support.
