I've had these frames for close to 10 years now, and they show their age. With new prescription I'm looking at replacing them. I like how they look on me, but it may be just because I've been wearing them for so long. So do you think I should try some other style (shape/size/thickness/placement)?

Not really sure what my face shape and features are, so I'm not sure what to look for in frames. Maybe something that would balance my large forehead due to receding hairline?

Second picture are my more recent backup frames, which are similar in shape and size, but sit higher on my face/bridge.

I've looked at many posts over haircare/skincare subreddits, but can't quite identify the most probable cause(s). I wash my scalp every evening/morning, and it starts to itch considerably right before I shower again. After washing skin around hairline gets noticeably rawer and a lot of red bumps appear, but the itchiness (mostly) goes away. I assume dust-like white flakes and scabs are just mechanical damage caused by scratching, since I don't see that much of them on the scalp surface. I thought this is just a dry scalp, but moisturizing products didn't really help and the rawness and redness after washing makes me confused. I use lukewarm water. No scaly/big flakes as far as I can tell.

I already use a shampoo with ketoconazole in addition to a non-SLS local brand shampoo. No other hair products. I have an appointment with a dermatologist already scheduled, but would like to get some insight beforehand.

Last 3 pictures are of my scalp after showering.
