Confused about Aon’s hiring process – need advice

I recently applied to Aon and progressed through the process to the point where they asked for document submission. However, after that, I was informed that my location is not in their serviceable area.

I’m trying to understand why this check wasn’t done earlier in the process. It feels a bit frustrating to get that far and then be rejected for something basic like location.

Has anyone else faced something similar with Aon or other companies? Is this a common experience?
