My handmade horror-inspired reinterpretation of the traditional 7 families card game

I wanted to share a project I recently finished: a dark reinterpretation of the traditional 7 families card game.

The deck was created through handmade photomontage using real photographs and printed physical cards — no AI involved.

Each family has its own visual identity and atmosphere, mixing horror aesthetics, dark humor, and gothic-inspired characters.

I also added bonus cards to give the game a more unusual atmosphere while keeping the original gameplay recognizable.

Would love to know what you think of the concept.

A handmade dark reinterpretation of the traditional 7 families card game

I wanted to share a personal project I recently finished: a handmade reinterpretation of the traditional 7 families card game.

The entire deck was created through photomontage using real photographs, practical editing work, and printed physical cards — no AI involved.

Each family has its own atmosphere and visual identity, inspired by horror cinema, gothic aesthetics, dark humor, and vanitas imagery.

These photos show some of the cards, bonus cards, and the physical printed deck.

Would love to hear your thoughts on the concept and visual direction.

Oracle of Shadows — my handmade dark oracle deck (no AI)

I finally finished my handmade oracle deck: Oracle of Shadows.

A dark oracle built through photomontage, fragmented portraits, and symbolic imagery inspired by vanitas and horror aesthetics.

Everything was made by hand using real photographs — no AI involved.

These are a few cards and the small guidebook included with the deck.

I also made a short video presentation here:
