Hospitality and food service advice
I’m hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction.
I’m really interested in doing a Cert II in Commercial Cookery or a cert similar to help me with gaining skills in tbe industry to build a career, but I’m struggling to find training options that work around full-time employment.
I’ve contacted TAFE already, but the courses they offered were during standard work hours, which unfortunately isn’t realistic financially right now.
I can’t really afford to stop working my hours to study, especially with rent and bills.
Wondering if anyone knows of any RTOs that offer evening, weekend, or flexible commercial cookery training?
