2011 sequoia trans oil problem
Car has 255k miles. A week ago trans pan gasket and the oil cooler/warmer started leaking and dripping on the floor. I took it to a guy and changed both and also changed the trans oil and filter while at it and it is fine now. But since ive been checking it for leaks for this past week, i noticed the after 30+ mile drives, some oil is coming out of where the two harness plugs for the temp sensors and going down to the lip just above the pan and collecting at the back of the trans. The oil is dark brown so it is not fresh. And behind the plugs theres oil and grime that look like a black paste i couldnt reach to clean. So i am thinking that the harness is sweating and taking this old oil and grime with it and becoming dark brown, or this old oil and grime is affected by the heat and runs down. What do you think because if it was a fresh leak the oil will be light red since it is new. The pics are the oil that is collecting and that same oil on a kitchen towel
