Sree urban orchids phase 2 lake buffer encroachment for amneties.
I was looking to purchase the property above mentioned which is A khata with CC and rera approved, but I found out amneties of the plan is built on buffer zone of a lake. So we still get OC certificate after purchase? Amneties doesn’t not consists of building but walking track, cricket net, basket ball etc all without building.
Can someone help me that can I still get OC or not ?
