Should i accept the offer?
Sobrang hirap maghanap ng work ngayon, lalo na dito sa province. Do you think okay na ba itong offer? I’m based in Olongapo, and there’s a secondary-level hospital na nag-offer sakkin ng 18k basic salary. Around 30 minutes away from home siya. Ang iniisip ko lang is medyo mabigat yung pre-employment expenses. Sagot ng applicant ang medical, which costs around 10k kasama na vaccines, tapos yung trainings hati pa kami ng hospital sa bayad kahit matapos yung lock in period. Yung schedule is the usual: 6am–2pm 2pm–10pm 10pm–6am Nagdadalawang-isip ako kasi aside sa medical and trainings, may pamasahe and processing expenses pa for documents. Pero at the same time, wala na rin kasi akong mahanap na ibang openings kahit sa labs. Need advice po. Worth it ba i-grab for experience muna, or red flag na masyadong malaki yung initial gastos?
