2026.15.0 Broke phone keys and key fob (AGAIN)
I can't believe I'm making this post again. I guess shame on me for thinking the same thing wouldn't happen with an update twice in a row. But after installing the new update rolling out right now none of my phone keys nor my key fob will allow me to put the car in drive. Only the key cards work. All of the symptoms are the exact same as last time, but at least my elevation data history wasn't reset this time. Last time the hotfix update fixed the issue for me. Heads up guys.
Edit: Rivian support has reached out to me directly. We both agree that it seems like there must be some kind of hardware issue with my vehicle in particular that has caused this to happen with two updates in a row, but seemingly little to maybe no others. The vehicle is going to the service center asap. Gotta say, I'm impressed. I hadn't even had a chance to submit anything yet.
