I have been on this journey for 6 weeks, 7 shots in. Scale this morning, I’m down 12 pounds and averaging 2#/week. I was getting ready to go play golf and pulled on a pair of pants I haven’t been able to wear in years. They fit and I could snap my vest closed. I’m doing this!
