Reform UK's stance for spouse visa

Hello im just curious about Reform UK's stance on spouse visa. I read their paper, and it seems like theyll treat it differently from skilled worker visa as a "special visa". Also, they said they will reduce application fees for Bristish spouses, wouldnt this mean that spouse visa would be more chill under Reform or Restore's regime?

Ive seen some people putting spouse visa as same as skilled worker visa, and it seems like Reform seperated them in their policy paper. Edit: why u guys so fking negative and pessimistic

Reform literally said this:

Will Reform's policy of scrapping Indefinite Leave to Remain mean my foreign spouse loses their residency right? No - for those spouses of British citizens who are eligible for citizenship, we will reduce application fees. For those who are not yet eligible for citizenship or who don't wish to become British citizens, there will continue to be a spousal/partner visa.
