Seriously struggling with breaking out of making it a status update with my manager. I don’t know what I want from my career or which direction to go. I have 8 YOE as a senior engineer right now and I just want to stay relevant. But outside of keeping up with newest tech, not really driven for anything else. Do we all just fake it?
