Hi All. I need some help with a Validation Rule for a Benefits Enrolment.

Customer would like to perform a minimum wage check in the enrolment event to ensure if an employee elects any plan the validation can then check overall the worker is not below the Minimum wage.  Has anyone completed this before or have any type of guide that can help me build the required calculated fields?  or any alternative config that can be completed?
