[US] Unauthorized order from Rockermama + zero customer support — warning for others rockermama.com
Posting this to warn others. I was looking at a Rockermama / Ready Rocker product and had it sitting in my cart while I was researching reviews. I never checked out, never hit “Pay,” and never entered any payment info during that session.
My card was already saved in the Shop app from a previous purchase (not with this company), so the system automatically used the stored card. Because of that, an order was created that I did NOT authorize.
I contacted the company immediately during their posted business hours, and that’s when I realized the bigger issue: there is no way to reach a human being at this company.
I have:
- emailed multiple times
- called repeatedly
- left voicemails
- messaged them on Facebook
- tried contacting them through Shop (only got an AI bot)
Their phone system always says all agents are busy. Their Facebook status even flipped from “Open” to “Closed” before their listed hours. No one has responded in any channel.
Meanwhile, the unauthorized order is still showing as “preparing to ship,” and my bank shows the charge as pending. I’ve been trying nonstop to stop this before it ships, and I still can’t get a single human response.
For context: I live in Florida, and my daughter lives in another state. I would never have shipped this to my own home, which makes it even more obvious this was a glitch and not something I intentionally ordered.
Just putting this out there so others are aware:
If anything goes wrong with Rockermama, there appears to be zero customer support and no reliable way to reach anyone.
