would you buy aesthetic at-home date kits or is this just an instagram idea 😭

I’ve been thinking of a business idea and wanted brutally honest opinions 😭

Basically aesthetic at-home date kits for couples. Not cheesy hampers, more like curated activities people can do together instead of just scrolling or watching Netflix.

Stuff like:
• pottery/clay kits
• paint night kits
• build-together activities
• conversation/activity kits

The idea is more about selling a fun “date night experience” than just products.

I feel like people in our generation are craving more intentional/fun ways to spend time together instead of just defaulting to screens all the time.

BUTTT the problem is…
people could technically just buy the materials themselves from Amazon 😭

And I think that’s where I’m stuck rn.

Like for now I only know how to:
• put together the materials
• make the packaging aesthetic
• maybe include things like a candle, playlist QR, cute instruction manual etc

But I still don’t fully know:
👉 what would make it feel like a REAL experience and not just “stuff in a box”

Like what would actually make people choose this over just buying clay/paint themselves? And what other activities could i include?

One more thing this is quite a copyable idea as well

Would you personally buy something like this?
And if yes, what would make it actually worth paying for?

Be ruthless pls lol
