Audiobook memoir to help me "let it go".

I have been on an addiction/ recovery audiobook memoirs kick. I loved Drinking: a Love story, Lit, Dry, and I'm currently loving Blackout.

I hated Strung Out, as it seemed like YA Romance Fiction disguised as QuitLit. Poorly written and with terrible characters -- awful even if YA Rom Fiction IS your thing! More made up than Go Ask Alice. They talk about the Serentiy Now prayer: "serenity" to "accept" things you can't change, courage to change things, and wisdom to know the difference. Fist of all, I do NOT accept that there are things (human systems) I can not change. I choose EVERY battle - the help *I* need is prioritizing them.

Recently I got banned from a sub, and instead of making new accounts (which would be "Wrong"...), and filling out any more of these mod code of conduct violation forms [link removed] ; I would like a book that will help me let go of the things that are not worth changing move these less significant/ less beneficial battles down to the bottom of the list.

Specifically something where the author had rage issues and ran into SO MUCH trouble with rage that they were ready to start taking suggestions.

I loved Atomic Habits, but I'm looking for more of a memoir. I read almost all of the navy seals memoirs, and I love, Love, LOVE Soft White Underbelly channel on YouTube.

Escalation beyond "Report Seller"?

Hi, good morning, Happy Monday.

I was dealing with a seller who agreed to a meet up time and place, and then didn't show up, and stopped responding. The Marketplace correspondence messages were "signed" with a name different from the seller's name on the listing. The seller had over 20 other listings.

I reported the seller several times since Saturday for both not showing up, and for not responding, but the profile is still active, and the listing is still up!

Any advice or insight is extremely welcome and appreciated.

Need help getting Interface audio (Tascam US 1800) into Zoom call on Win 10

The good news is that I have not stepped out prematurely, or smashed any of m'stuffs, despite how challenging this is proving.

I have an XLR mic and a headset plugged in to the Tascam, which is USB into my Win10 laptop.

The Win 10 audio settings do not register a signal from the XLR or the headset mic, BUT Reaper DAW registers a signal and works perfectly. I tried installing Banana Meeter (or something), and Virtual Cable, to use Reaper to route to Zoom but that only confused, and upset me more.

I am using OBS studio to route two video sources into Zoom, and that was simple AND easy, compared to this.

Next, I am going to try to use Sonobus to route the audio.

Any advice, feedback, and/ or help is extremely welcome and appreciated.
