47 years old here. Saw the 86 team as a third grader. Became a fan then. 2000 saw Subway Series. 2001 saw the piazza great post 9/11 homer. 2006 saw the strikeout that ended season. 2015 saw Cespedes and the great comeback 2024 was the year of OMG
2026 what the heck am i watching? This team sux. They can't hit except Soto. They can't pitch except Mclean and Holmes. The fielding is atrocious. The lineup is pathetic. The bullpen is a disaster. All off season signings have turned out disasters. Our holdovers Vientos and Baty stink. Theres no emotion in the dugout. The gm never speaks. The mgr repeats the same excuses everyday. The owner hasnt said a word in 2 weeks. I havent been to a game yet this season but why should i go? Why pay over $40 in tolls, $50 to park to watch a team thats completely out of it on April 30th?
