New Tech can’t hit Queens repeater from Battery Park — what am I missing?
KE2IGW, new Technician in Queens NYC. UV-25 Plus tuned to 145.270 (-0.600 offset, PL 141.3). Tried kerchunking multiple times from Battery Park, no repeater response. Squelch at 0 gives clean static so RX is working fine. What am I missing?
