Treated: some balayage growing out at the ends

I'm pretty clueless with hair - mine has classic 1a behaviour, seemingly holds zero style and gets greasy quickly, often looks flat and limp. It's currently below collarbone length but I'm considering getting a blunt chin-length bob and would love to refresh my routine at the same time. I'm looking for:

shampoo

conditioner

heat protectant/volumising product/styling product (does an all-in-one exist?)

texturising spray

Is this a sufficient routine/am I missing anything?! Thanks
