Buzzed my hair off and got curious lol

I had this earring done about a month ago and today when i woke up it was not in. When i looked at it i saw this. Its a bar piercing with a screw end. Can i re pierce? Its silver threaded bar. I sleep on that side too.

Just got myself this beautiful R7. Love her and she rides amazing. 2023 but has 12,000 miles. Should i be worried? What to look out for?
