he’s gotten so brown and is so much bigger now. i found a photo from around when i first met him last summer and the difference is crazy.

he let me stroke him today and it made my little heart happy.

devastatingly, my husband and i are moving from the uk to canada this year and i have to leave bob behind. i’ve been tempted to make a little flyer for him so people can use a tag or something so i can keep up-to-date with him shenanigans. husband promised we’ll visit when we come home too. not ashamed to say i’ve cried. by the time we leave it’ll be about a year from when i met him and considering he just appeared on the canal lock one day, he’s come so far. other people feed him and have also named him which i love. i’ve had chats with people who see me feeding him because they just assume he’s *mine* even though he’s feral.

might seem silly to be so upset about leaving a duck that’s not yours behind but idc.
