I had a Corsair AIO (H100i Elite Capellix) which I was moderately happy with, but it died on me and am now in the process of replacing it with a Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE ARGB.

One thing I liked about the Corsair was that the Commander hub could connect to all the fans including case fans, and then Corsai's iCue utility was able to sync the cooling and the lighting across all components.

What would be a good way to replace that? Ideally with a non-proprietary, non-resource-hogging utility...?
Or if there is no way to sync things, how do I at least control things like the fans' intensity - surely there's a better option than having to go in the UEFI every time, right?

Motherboard is MSI Pro B550M-VC, CPU is Ryzen 5 3600

(Bonus question: I installed the Thermalright PS with the heatsink facing, supposedly, the wrong way: with the logo on the right of the heatsinks, and the text on the left. I saw one reddit comment saying it matters, I can´t understand why it would, but if I need to flip it please let me know!)
