In Dec 2025 i bought the Giga10 after extensive research and full of fear or the random error messages that are so typical of Jura.
After 3 months, i got Error 2 and 5 2 times, and it went away till this Friday.
This Friday i got multiple errors, some reboots and cold shutdown helped, but it came back after making latte drinks mostly, just the random error code that stopped everything immediately and turned off the machine.
Since i have warranty, i used it to get some of my money back and got the Delonghi Eletta Explore today.
It's already dial up very well since i have had Delonghi machines for 10 years and they are very user-friendly to maintain and operate.
All of it just led me to hate Jura approach to closed\sealed box that prevents you from doing anything, not adding is the fact that maintenance is totally nightmare and expensive.
I don't expect the Delonghi to be equal to the Giga10, but damn it's not far off at all.
Long story short, I can't recommend Jura to anyone, and yes i know that many people Jura's machine work 10-16 years with minimal issues, same can go for Delonghi, but i spent some much money on the best and that totally ruins my trust in them.
