Hi everyone, I’m hoping some locals can help shed light on this issue for me.

A friend and I were trying to find out how we could host a small outdoor event at one of WeHo’s parks, either Plummer Park or West Hollywood Park. However, the WeHo parks and rec staff said they don’t allow any outdoor events at any of their parks unless they are City events. I find this so shocking because these are public parks and yet they are saying there isn’t even an option to apply for permits and pay fees.

Has anyone had this experience or have people been able to host any events at either of these parks?
