I am struggling to find rhythm with my practices (mainly SCK) and general physical exercises like Strength training.
I have a busy schedule and office priorities and my mind is not very stable some of thr days and I end up skipping my practices.
I have not been able to complete my mandala too of shoonya and SCK due to very intense office priorities. But I wont give up on my practices and I want to start again.
I want to adopt a regime of Hata yoga and strength training alternate days follow up with SCK in mornings and shoonya in the noons and evenings.
Please help me structure my routine.
