Potential Summer Sublease for Knights Circle (NOW [May 2026] - July 2026)
Hello everyone! I'm in a little bit of a pinch situation for moving out right now and the availability of this will totally depend on how the interest there is, but please read the following information.
I am potentially considering subleasing my apartment for Knight's Circle as I need to move out soon and an apartment complex has quite the offer going on right now that I am looking to try and acquire. So, this post is to gauge if there is any market of individuals out there who might be looking for housing to carry them through the summer, due to circumstances such as taking classes or any other factors. The necessary information for this apartment is as follows:
- Rent (excl. utilities): $959.75
- Utilities: Included under
- Gender: Males Only
- Floor Plan: 4 bed 4 bath
- Furnished: Yes
- Washer and Dryer Included
- Shuttle to UCF provided
- Amenities: Gym, Pool, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Game Room, Tennis Court, Grills, etc.
- Move-In: Mid - Late May
If this were to go through, I would just need time to move everything out of my apartment, but as stated, this is incredibly dependent on there being a need for this space AND getting approved for the other apartment (which I will be working towards this week) in which I am interested.
