






Meal prep this week
So this week a mix, I made Salisbury steak with green beans and mashed potatoes.
Salisbury steak is lean beef with garlic powder, 2 eggs, onion soup mix, worchestire sauce, and breadcrumbs. Added roast beef gravy and cooked until done.Green beans were steamed then finished in a saute pan with olive oil, butter, roasted garlic powder, s & p. Totally cheated with the mashed potatoes using Idahoan protein instant potatoes.
Next was shrimp fajitas with cilantro rice, seasoned black beans,and fresh Pico de gallo.
Shrimp peppers and onions sautéed with Ortega fajita seasoning.
2 cups rice cooked then added fresh cilantro, juice of two small limes, tab of butter and S& P.
Black beans started eith sautéed onion and garlic, added beans. Then seasoned with.cumin, cilantro, dried Chipotle pepper,and knorr chicken seasoning.
Pico de gallo was 6 roma tomatoes diced, half a bunch of cilantro chopped, juice of 3 limes, 1 small red onion diced , and a huge jalapeño finely diced , seeds removed. Yes I am.a wimp lol
