Should I go to an emergency dentist?
I've had intense pain for probably a little over a week now. It began on my bottom right wisdom tooth and I have already been to urgent care for an infection treated with amoxicillin like at most 3 weeks ago. It started out feeling like that again so I just brushed my teeth more often and did saltwater rinses. The tooth pain went away, it turned into a gum pain for about 3 days which I chalked up to maybe brushing too hard since it felt like I had brushed it raw. After the gum pain, my right lower jaw starting hurting, small at first. As of now I am unable to sleep because of the pain, it has began radiating to the connection point of the top and bottom parts of the jaw. On the bottom right of my jaw as well I feel a hard lump that isn't on the other side of jaw. The only reason I haven't went sooner is because I am uninsured and do not have the funds for a tooth extraction. So should I go to an emergency dentist or just go back to urgent care for another round of amoxicillin?
