I want to get top surgery in the future whenever I can, and i'm wondering if it's usually an option to sort of get your areolas smaller. As someone who is a POC and has a large coverage by darker skin for areolas on the breast, I want it to be smaller to my liking. I know it depends on the surgeon but is it something that's typically asked for by patients or even brought up by doctors as an option?
