Does anyone have knowledge/experience of passport renewal? How much time it takes for the new passport to arrive? It's written 2 weeks after acceptance of application on the website through urgent route but not sure how reliable it is. I'm residing in Pakistan and applying through online portal.

I’ve recently been admitted to a Master’s programme at Luleå University of Technology starting in Autumn 2026, and I’m currently trying to understand the housing situation in Luleå as an international student.

I’ve already joined Lulebo queue and some Facebook groups, but I’d really appreciate advice from people who have studied or lived there.

• How difficult is it realistically to find accommodation before arrival?
• Is it common for students to start with temporary/shared housing?
• Are there any platforms, groups, or tips you’d recommend?
• How early should I seriously start searching?

This will be my first time moving abroad, so I’m trying to prepare as much as possible in advance.
