TLR; Anyone have experience working at Publix with a disability?

Hello, recently posted a question about applications and an individual commented that Publix will “work you to the bone..” . For context I have mild Cerebral Palsy (don’t drive, mild learning difficulties) walk 30-40k steps weekly from working and can lift 12-15lbs independently, but struggle with standing 2+ hours. At my current job I work at a museum (longest Ive worked monthly is 100 hours, hours recently got a lot due to scheduling limitations and budget according to the museum, started working in October. I pick up toys, clean bathroom, periodically vacuum, type in information for memberships, and cashier transactions. My current job is accommodating and lets me use a chair at the register. I’m a very hard worker, I would say I’m on the floor a lot compared to other co workers who aren’t disabled it appears. Recently also had neurosurgery to improve my mobility in April and looking at more treatment. So I guess my question is does anyone have any experience with Publix accommodations or working at Publix with a disability or I suppose temporary injury? I’m very nervous after this persons comment. Thanks!

I looked on the website and it just says submit an application listing locations you would consider. It doesn’t say anything about if the store is actually hiring. Does anyone actually get an interview? I put a cover letter too, to help me stand out. Would like to eventually not work retail though, but everyone starts somewhere.
