I am just now finding that META have silently enabled ‘Website Highlights’ for all my ads despite the ad creative screen saying it’s disabled,

Once you click into Creative Setup > Edit on the ad edit screen you will probably find that website highlights are turned on for you too.

I too have been experiencing rough results recently and can’t imagine this will be helping.
